feel your body from the inside out. Feel your forehead, do you feel any wrinkles? Relax your forehead, it might seem as if you’re making an effort to holdup your face which is what is giving you the wrinkles on the forehead.
Similarly feel your stomach, is it tight or relaxed?
Are your shoulders relaxed?
make no effort in holding up the body, it will do just fine by itself. You don’t have to frown to look at something closely, just open your eyes and focus on whatever it is that you want to see closely.
whats making our body tight is our ego, simple. Anytime we do something or think of something from complete relaxed state, the result is way better than what our ego would come up with as then the answer is coming from our divine consciousness.
